In the afternoon,I was surfing the internet when suddenly my computer went disconnected with the web.I checked the Router and found nothing wrong.So I redailed but it still didn't help.Having tried every means I could think of,I finally gave up and called 10060 for help.The operator consented that a engineer would be sent immediately to my home.
Before the engineer arrived,I resetted the Router again.To my great surprise,this time the connection was repaired and everything went on well.
Shortly after that,the engineer came.I was very embarrassed and told him that everything was all right.
PS:I like their service,anyway.

Service is good
. We don't have service like that here. Here in Finland you self need to do everything or if you can't (like me) you have to take it to the shop where you bought it and they maybe do something someday when they don't have anything else to do.... we are little slow here I must say
