Contentment is sometimes the achievement of what you want,while sometimes the awareness of what you already have.
These days I'm occupying myself in a task(so busy as not having time to write a post>:(),during which I encountered a lot of problems.Each time a problem was solved,I felt a sense of contentment.The feeling witnessed what I had done and provoked me to keep on working to overcome the next difficulty.I remembered when I was still a kid,I always felt a sense of contentment when I got the toy I had been longing for.So in these cases,contentment is the achievement of what I want.
When one is down,he always think that he is the unluckiest one in the world.Everything seems to be againest him.Of course I'm no exceptation.For instance,when I got a serious disease,I thought the world is unfair,the god is unfair...But later I realized that there were many people who were unluckier than me,some of them even got diseases that couldn't be cured by Today's medical technics.Some people were still struggling for a place to live,so much as a meal.So I feel a sense of contentment,I know that I have a lot of things that others may not have,for example,a harmonious family,many good friends.The feeling helps me to drive those blues out of my life.In these cases,contentment is the awareness of what I already have.
Contentment is a necessary feeling in our lives,it makes our lives meaningful and keeps us going.
